In the framework of a series of capacity-building workshops for developing fundable biodiversity projects, ESCWA is organizing a two-day training that covers the following topics:
- Understanding project context and identifying problems: insights into developing effective concept notes and project proposals, with a focus on problem identification, justification using contextual factors, and stakeholder engagement through structured methodologies.
- Setting goals and envisioning impacts: introducing SMART objectives, the theory of change concept, and guidelines for developing logical frameworks and work plans.
