His Royal Highness Prince Al Hassan Bin Talal paid a visit to the Amman-based ESCWA Technology Centre (ETC) on 18 June 2013 . Prince Al Hassan was briefed by ETC’s Executive Director Fouad Mrad on the objectives of the Centre, which looks to strengthen capacities in establishing national and administrative systems; develop, transfer, adapt, implement, and define the appropriate technologies to the region; and improve the legal and trade frameworks of technology transfer.
