Definition:

Fish and other marine life brought on board a fishing vessel and thrown back into the sea.; To release or return fish to the sea, whether or not such fish are brought fully on board a fishing vessel.; The part of the catch that is not retained on board and is returned at sea, dead or alive. It may include target species or any other species (both commercial and non-commercial) discarded at sea.
