Fellegi-Holt system
Definition:

Refers to assumptions and editing and imputation goals put forth by Fellegi and Holt in their 1976 Journal of the American Statistical Association paper. A key feature of the Fellegi-Holt model is that it shows that implied edits are needed to assure that a set of values in data fields that are not imputed always lead to final (imputed) records that satisfy all [cases].
