Given the need for institutional mechanisms to ensure efficient technology transfer and the necessity of building the capacities of young researchers and innovators in topics related to this field, ESCWA and the Agency of Digital Development in Morrocco (ADD) organized a national capacity-building workshop on technology transfer and innovation.
Held on 12 December, the workshop highlighted key concepts of technology transfer and its impact on sustainable development, and presented examples of best regional and international practices for implementing it efficiently.
It also discussed the current and planned initiatives of ADD, along with those of other agencies involved in fostering technology transfer and innovation in the country.
